Karel Bartoš
Karel Bartoš holds engineering degree in Engineering Informatics from the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering of the CTU. He currently pursues his PhD studies at the Department of Cybernetics of the Czech Technical University in Prague.
His current research interests include network security, distributed data fusion, trust and multi-agent systems focusing on intrusion detection.
Petr Benda
Petr Benda is a reseacher at ATG. He joined ATG in 2002, when he started the when he started the RoboCup Rescue project. Later, he graduated in Biomedical engineering (in 2004).
His research interests are biological systems, synergic effects in multi-agent systems and general artificial intelligence.
Petr works for D3CoS project and manages activities for the project. He also builds IBM Competency Center at CTU and is a member of advisory board of the Department of Computer Science.
Branislav Bošanský
Branislav Bošanský is a research fellow in the Agent Technology Group at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Czech Technical University. He holds master’s degree in theoretic informatics (artificial intelligence and logic programming) from Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague. His research interests include computational game theory with applications in multi-agent environments, game-playing algorithms, and multi-agent simulations. He participated on number of successful projects supported by US Air Force, Office for Naval Research, and CERDEC US Army. The focus of his work was on designing and implementation of novel algorithms for finding strategies in complex adversarial domains, such as humanitarian relief operation in an unstable region, problem of piracy in Gulf of Aden and Indian Ocean, and tactical military operations with teams of heterogeneous unmanned systems. The game-theoretic models of security games and multi-stage patrolling games are the topic of his thesis.
Michal Čáp
Michal Čáp is a PhD student at the Department of Computer Science, FEE, Czech Technical University in Prague. He holds a master degree in Agent Technology from Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Before joining Agent Technology Group in September 2010, he worked as a developer of 2APL agent programming language at Utrecht University and as a developer of agent-based virtual training systems at TNO Defence, Security and Safety in Soesterberg, the Netherlands.
His research interest include topics related to artificial intelligence and multi-agent systems such as multi-agent trajectorial planning, distributed path coordination, agent-based simulations, and design of multi-robot systems.

Karel Durkota
Karel Durkota is a research fellow and PhD student at Agent Technology Group at CTU since 2013. He received Master Degree in Artificial Intelligence at CTU. Karel's research mainly focuses on game theoretic strategies for network intrusion detection and multi-agent domain-independent planning. His hobbies are climbing and hiking
Sebastián García
Sebastián García is a PhD student for the UNICEN University (Argentina) and a research fellow in the Agent Technology Group at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Czech Technical University. He is also a research fellow at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council of Argentina (CONICET) and a teacher in the UFASTA University in Argentina. His research interests include network-based botnet behavior detection, anomaly detection, penetration testing, honeypots, malware detection and keystroke dynamics. His recent projects focus on using unsupervised and semi-supervised machine learning techniques to detect botnets on large networks based on their behavioral models. He is also a co-founder of the Mateslab HackSpace and a grateful Aikido practitioner. He loves to walk on nature and to spent a day under the sun.
Martin Grill
Martin Grill holds master degree in Software development at the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. At the present time he is a member of the Agent Technology Center, a researcher at CESNet, and a PhD student at the Department of Cybernetics of Czech Technical University in Prague.
His research is focused on network security and collective adaptation in multi-agent systems.
Jan Hrnčíř
Jan Hrnčíř is a PhD student at the Agent Technology Center at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. Since 2011, Jan works on modeling and optimizing multi-modal transport systems in the SUPERHUB FP7 project. In his research, Jan focuses on developing a fully multi-modal journey planner. In addition, Jan is interested in standards for scheduled public transport services.
Jan Hrnčíř received a master degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Edinburgh in 2011. Before studying in Edinburgh, Jan received a bachelor degree in Software Engineering at the Faculty of Electrical engineering at CTU.

Viliam Lisý
Viliam Lisý is a PhD student and a researcher at Agent Technology Center since 2007. He holds master's degree in Technical Artificial Intelligence from VU University Amsterdam and master's degree in Theoretical Computer Science from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague. Prior to his current position, he worked on automatic emotion recognition at Philips CE Innovation Lab and he also worked as a programmer for a subcontractor of all Czech cell phone service providers.
Viliam's research interest include (computational) game theory, formal models of deception, automated planning and search, and distributed constraint optimization problems. He works on research projects on adversary behavior modeling, simulation and prediction in a variety of domains. He currently coordinates a project on strategic use of honeypots in computer networks funded by ONR Global and he contributes to a project on security games in extensive form funded by Czech Science Foundation.
Radek Píbil
Radek Píbil is a PhD student at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Czech Technical University since 2011. He holds a master’s degree in Theoretical Computer Science at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague. Prior to his current position, he worked on a computer games artificial intelligence platform Pogamut at AMIS group at Charles University in Prague. He works on research project concerned with application of game theory in deployement of honeypots in computer networks. His main research interest is game theory.
Martin Selecký
Martin Selecky holds master's degreein Cybernetics and Measurement from FEE CTU. Currently he works as a researcher in Agent Technology Center and he is pursuing his PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence and Biocybernetics at Department of Cybernetics, FEE CTU.
Martin participated on projects Camnep, AgentFly, Tactical AgentFly3, SafeFly and Autonomia. He is interested in methods of automated planning and path planning and problems connected with deployment of multiagent technologies on real autonomous Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
Jan Stiborek
Jan Stiborek holds master degree in Software development at Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. At the present time, he is pursuing PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence and Biocybernetics at Department of Cybernetics, FEE CTU.
His current profesional interests focus on network security, network simulation and autonomous adaptation of intrusion detection systems.
Jan Tožička
Jan Tozicka is a researcher of ATG since 2010; he concentrates on distributed learning algorithms and on the diverse planning. He holds master degree and doctorate in natural sciences in Computer Science from Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague. Prior to this position, Jan worked as a software engineer in IndigoVision Ltd. in Edinburgh, where he focused on design and implementation of integration modules and network video recorders
Petr Vaněk
Petr Vaněk is a PhD student of the Department of Computer Science and engineeringsince 2013. He received master degree in Cybernetics and Robotics at Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague in 2012. Petr is interested in motion planning for autonomous intelligent mobile robotic systems, which could be used for inspection, rescue missions, surveillance missions.
